Dr. Greg Efros is an orthodontist that specializes in treating children and adults. Our practice provides a unique atmosphere where you have an enjoyable experience while gaining confidence with your new smile. Dr. Efros is Hudson Valley’s only Diamond Certified Invisalign provider (top 1% provider in the country), and is proud to be the top orthodontist in the Kingston, Delmar, and Hudson communities!

Dr. Marissa Fabros graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. Born and raised in New York, she returned home to pursue her dental education at NYU College of Dentistry, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was inducted into the OKU National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Katalina Gerasopoulou Pappa discovered at an early age that when people are confident in their smiles, their whole lives can change for the better. Her passion combines creating beautiful, confident smiles and serving others, which led her to pursue orthodontics.

I grew up in the New York area and always knew I wanted to work in healthcare. After completing both my undergraduate and dental degrees at NYU, I went on to specialize in orthodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where I also earned a Master’s degree. I’m excited to be part of the Efros Ortho team and feel lucky to help people in our community smile with confidence.

Dr. Efros explains why elastics are so important during treatment. They work like a tug of war to help straighten teeth and correct your bite. The more consistent you are with wearing them, the faster your treatment goes and the better your smile will look!✨
Is age 7 too early for an orthodontic check?
Actually… it’s the ideal time.
Experts recommend that children have their first orthodontic evaluation around age 7. At this stage, we can monitor how the teeth and jaws are developing and see if early (Phase 1) treatment may be beneficial.
Phase 1 treatment helps guide growing teeth and jaws, creating a strong foundation for a healthy, confident smile later on.
The good news? Not every child will need early treatment. But every child can benefit from an early evaluation.
