Overall great experience!

My son just got his braces off and wow, wow, wow!!! I can’t lie- I got hit with emotions when I looked over and saw that perfect smile! All the appointments, the rubber bands (absolutely everywhere), the toothbrush and flossing hounding- 100% worth it!

They have great staff at both locations I have gone to. My journey on fixing my teeth has been awesome and I know it will continue to be awesome with them. Thank you , Efron Orthodontics !

I had such a great experience at Efros Orthodontics in Kingston! From the moment I walked in, everyone was genuinely friendly and made me feel comfortable. The office had such a welcoming atmosphere, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. Everyone took the time to explain things, answer questions, and make the whole visit feel easy. Brittany was the best and definitely made the experience even better! It’s not often that you leave an appointment thinking, “I actually really liked being there,” but that was definitely my experience. I would happily recommend Efros Orthodontics in Kingston to anyone. They truly earned all five stars from me!

I originally went to Dr. Lozman for braces 20 years ago, and somehow managed to keep the same retainers all these years… until last week, when my 5-year-old German Shepherd decided they looked like a great snack! 😂 I frantically called Efros-Lozman Orthodontics and was greeted by Hayleigh, who was absolutely amazing. After I explained the tragic ending of my 20-year-old retainers, she had me in the office within 30 minutes! She literally greeted me at the door and made me feel like a celebrity for managing to keep the same retainers for 20 years. Dr. Robin was equally wonderful—and equally impressed! She was so kind, understanding, and reassuring, especially since I felt completely ridiculous about the whole situation. Twenty years later, I had the same wonderful experience with this office that I remembered from my original treatment. Everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and welcoming, and my new retainers were ready to go in just ONE WEEK! I cannot recommend Efros-Lozman Orthodontics enough. The level of care is truly top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Hayleigh, Dr. Robin, and the entire team for turning my German Shepherd’s expensive little snack into such a great experience! 😂❤️

This was a great place to go to and definitely the right choice. The staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable before just diving right in. They explained the process and what I could expect going forward and answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially after some bad experiences in the past.
