The whole experience was great. The office is clean and beautifully decorated so you don’t feel sterile. The staff from the desk to the assistants to the doctors were professional but warm and friendly. I got a teeth whitening service and they showed me the before and afters immediately - they were incredible. The whole procedure took a while but they checked on my comfort level multiple times. I will for sure go back for maintenance and would highly recommend !

I had a consultation at Efros Orthodontics today, and I’m so thankful for the positive experience! I’ve had braces before, but unfortunately, I didn’t follow through with the necessary aftercare, and my teeth aren’t where I’d like them to be now. I was feeling nervous and unsure if I wanted to go through the process again, but the team at Efros made me feel so comfortable and supported.

Efros Orthodontics gets a 11/10. I have had a fixed retainer for 16 years which unexpectedly came loose. I called around to 5 other orthodontics which were either booked a month out or would not see me at all because I was not an existing client. Then I found Egros. The receptionist was friendly, actually listened to me and extremely knowledgeable. I was even able to get an appointment for the next day. I was scene at the Troy office which is brand new. The atmosphere felt more like a hotel than a dental office. It was clean and bright with comfortable trendy furniture and surprisingly good music. There I worked with a dental assistant named Jessica who made me feel comfortable and Dr. Efros. Dr. Efros was knowledgeable, friendly and general. He even agreed to remove my retainer for no charge. The removal took less than a minute as he promised. I wish this orthodonticst was around when I had braces.
If I need future work I will definitely be going back! Great experience all around! Highly recommend

Dr. Malsch is phenomenal, very clean office and great support staff

Oh man, where to even start with this office. Google needs to add an "above and beyond" star for those who deserve it, and Dr Efros and his team certainly do. I cannot stress enough, this is really the only place anyone should be going to. For starters, Dr. Efros is so genuinely kind, he made my appointments pleasurable. I loved that he actually took the time to hear my complaints and when I said I felt like I wanted to prolong my treatment just a little bit longer to achieve the look I wanted, he was more than accommodating. I lost my trays so many times, and still his office handled me with patience. The girls and now boy that work the front desk in Hudson are ALWAYS polite and so extremely friendly. Marie was another team member that was basically there from start to finish of my treatment. She is so awesome, easy to talk to and extremely helpful as well. The atmosphere in the office is so comfortable, they play the BEST music in the office, I am usually the DJ, but when the DJ has to Shazam a song, the playlist is sounding right!!!! I can seriously go on and on about why this is the BEST Orthodontics office in all of the Valley. Well done guys, thank you. FIND THEM ON INSTA<3

Dr Efros and everyone in the office are just wonderful. Going for orthodontic treatment as an adult was stressful for me but they made me feel welcome & comfortable. I’m so happy with my Invisalign results and the care I received from start to finish.

The office is always clean and the staff is fantastic. Dr. Malsch is one of the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable medical professionals that I have had. He really cares about his patients and it shows. His rates for braces are also incredibly reasonable compared to other practices I’ve heard about from friends. I mention him to anyone looking at getting braces, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Definitely would recommend! i’ve been coming here for regular appointments for a while now and i have no complaints at all. all of the staff are very friendly and they have your best interest in mind!! I went to Dr. Malsch for 4 years long ago (2001-2005). I looked like a jack-o'-lantern before, and came out with straight teeth. I still have my original permanently attached bottom retainer, which has never had to be reattached. I was never good about wearing my upper retainer, yet I can still wear it because my teeth have not moved. Dr. Malsch got my teeth right the first time, and has prevented me from requiring any more orthodontistry. Additionally, everyone in the office was very friendly and always professional. Very highly recommended.
