Called them 1 week and was in getting braces for my daughter the next! Good monthly payment plan options. Great customer service and you can cleary see the fun working environment created for the staff by just being there. I had such a great experience at Efros Orthodontics in Troy. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I got the zoom whitening treatment and first went in for a consultation. They were able to get me in very fast for my whitening. Staff was great!

All the staff at Efros are amazing!!! Such an easy process with the Invisalign treatment! After a slight delay with getting some dental work, Efros got me back on track! Never thoughtI would I have a perfect smile at 50 years old but I do now! Thank You everyone at Efros! Highly recommend them!

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the office is extremely clean and well maintained. Appointments run smoothly and efficiently while still still feeling personal, which we truly appreciate.
We were also grateful for occasional promotional offers, and especially for the monthly payment plan, which made orthodontic care much more manageable for our family. That flexibility helped tremendously. I also appreciate that the practice originally started in Kingston and later opened their Hudson location, which has been so convenient since we live here.

This is a fantastic practice! They spoke to me and my family for a long time despite us only being there for an initial consult, and helped analyze every option and alleviate anxiety. They did not push treatment on us when other options seemed like they might be better suited, and they followed up with me to check how the other appointment I had had scheduled went. Very supportive, kind, and knowledgeable team.

My Invisalign experience through Efros was a breeze; even better now that they have multiple locations! Scheduling is more convenient than ever. The staff has been attentive to my needs, and to be honest we had to take an extra 6 months to correct some things that just didn’t want to move as we hoped. My smile was always something that made me uncomfortable but now I’m smiling more than ever! Thank you!!!

My daughters both got their braces off this summer. We feel so well taken care of and supported by the whole team at Efros. We tell everyone to use this practice. There is also excellent communication between their dentists who also recommend Dr Efros. Thank you to everyone!

Efros is thorough, affordable and literally everyone is extremely nice. I had braces with them myself and at my wedding everyone kept complimenting my smile. I love them so much that I brought my now 9 year old son their for his braces an orthodontic care. I have two other sons that will be going here as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with their smile.

If you are thinking about Invisalign go for it with Efros Orthodontics! The Delmar office is amazing! They are quick and efficient. I only needed Invisalign for about 9 months and was done a lot sooner than I anticipated. So happy with my results. Highly recommend Efros to anyone who is considering braces/Invisalign.

I did Invisalign with Dr. Efros in the Kingston Office and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was excellent, the environment/vibe was great, the offices were really up to date and clean. We set up a treatment plan so that I would be able to have my teeth in perfect condition before my wedding. I finished my treatment about a month before my wedding and at my last appointment, Dr. Efros surprised me with a free teeth whitening session as a wedding present. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this business.

What a team! Everyone was so friendly and encouraging after I had my Invisilign placed! It was an easy process and after about 30mins I was out the door. Education was given and all my trays for completion. Grateful to start this journey with Dr.Efros who was extremely pleasant 5 stars!
